The base pattern is the same as with ChatGPT: role, goal, context, format (see Learn ChatGPT). Two things help with Claude in particular:

• Give structure: ask for clear sections or a numbered approach.
• Work in steps: let it plan first, then execute. Quality rises noticeably.

Working with projects and workflows

For recurring tasks, think in projects: set constant instructions and context once and reuse them. This creates reliable Claude workflows – such as "reply to a customer email", "draft an offer" or "summarise a report".
